Sophia Wellness Centre was opened in September 2008 in the lovely village of Arboleas in Almeria, Spain.  Sophia’s has become a centre for the community to come and improve their wellness and well being through the services it offers.

 

As a member you can enjoy the benefits of the ‘NO SWEAT WORKOUT’ improving fitness and mobility without the hard work that a conventional gym!

 

If you choose not to become a member we have many facilities for you to enjoy at the centre including a hairdressing salon and a therapy suite.
