This class commences with dynamic stretching and running, followed by a wide variety of interval training, including throwing tyres, kettle bells, pulling ropes, push-ups, sit-ups, plyometrics and various types of intensive explosive routines.

These classes are designed to push people a little further than they would normally push themselves in the gym. The class is based outside of the gym and you will either be working by yourself, or in pairs or small teams.
